Never mind... I've found 5th scroll. Location is further north, south of small fence. Also requires perception to be noticed. It's actually north west of the hut (although location is at east edge of the map).
Edit and my reply overlapped now. Thanks for the hint with the chest - this has random loot and I simply missed it. It is open, not buried, the scroll is buried.
Yes, the ranger with 14 perception PLUS light stepper payed off more than once. Anyway a good combination as majority of action points are in first turn - fire 2 or even 3 special arrows as the first mover to set the scene.
