This morning, Steam is telling me that I own the DLC. So it's likely working now.

Yep, all is working! Time to lose countless hours of my life!
Generally, a notebook goes in your pocket, doesn't it? Give that notebook its own pocket. . . . in that pocket, put another notebook. . . .

It is still not working for me. Are you guys living in America? Sometimes it takes longer to get a patch from Steam when living in Europe. Or is it something else? I have the dual version (Divinity Original Sin Digital Collector's Edition), maybe that matters?

ivra - load up Steam and go to the store page for Original Sin itself. Below the screenshots in the area where you can add it to the cart, you should see a green "you already own this game" area.
Now go to the new DLC's page (linked from the page you're on) and see if it says the same thing. If it doesn't, Steam doesn't think you own it yet and that's likely what is wrong. Yesterday I didn't have own the DLC, and today I do.
(I'm Canadian, so I don't think it's geographic.)

Tridus nope still say NA i own the game Divinity Original Sin Digital Collectors edition first off if it's free for everyone who own the game why make a dlc from it ? just add it in a patch damn it.
look like they only add it to the normal game and not the collectors one ?

That's likely the problem, as I have a normal version (actually the gift version when someone else buys the one that comes with a bonus copy). They'll need to do whatever they did again, only for collectors edition users.
As for why it's a DLC instead of in the patch? I don't know. Could be technical reasons, like not to affect existing saves or something. Normally with a free DLC everyone's account just gets marked as owning it, something went wrong on that step this time.

It says NA for me too, but it works. Have you tried clicking on it? Also, try checking it this way: ![[Linked Image]](http://i.imgur.com/AlmYSlA.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](http://i.imgur.com/62ZbiMK.jpg) If it doesn't appear, you should try restarting Steam.

As I said I have the Divinity Original Sin Digital Collector's Edition. I also have access to both machines so I checked it out. The primary machine does not list Wolgraff And Bairdotr as a DLC, but it lists all the other ones and they are installed. On the machine with the gifted version there are only one DLC: The Wolgraff And Bairdotr which is installed. When I start the game on the Primary machine, the Source Hunter DLC Pack is enabled, but the Bear and the Burglar DLC is not. On the machine with the gifted version it is the opposite: The Source Hunter DLC Pack is disabled, and the Bear and the Burglar DLC is enabled.
So I guess the conclusion is that for the Divinity Original Sin Digital Collector's Edition (on Steam), the new DLC only works on the machine with the gifted copy.

Finally i got news from the support:
This is a problem with Steam, and they will hopefully fix it soon.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but it is intended as free DLC for everyone.

I heard somewhere that the dlc is not working with the old save files. Is that correct, that we have to start a total new game in order to get the 2 new companions in the game?

Thanks! Now we let it be, we are playing for about 70 hours or so with my wife, so we don't want to start is over. But maybe I start it in single, I just finished Styx yesterday.
