On the steam page of the DLC (
http://store.steampowered.com/app/322490) it says
The Bear and The Burglar is a free update that is automatically included in Divinity: Original Sin on Steam
But this doesn't happen. If you rightclick "Divinity: Original Sin" in your game browser and press "View downloadable content" this DLC is not displayed there (the trunks and grail are), hence I didn't got it
=> The issue is most likely caused by Steam, not by Larian
