Dragon armor with dragon heart?

i have 2 dragon armors with the inv. files cheat.Each 390 armor,the hert of the dragon,the shield and the ganlets and the holy shord 71-100.I have talked to dwarvens king and the smith but the is no dialog about how to anchange the armor
i need some help?

You have to do all of the quests leading up to having the smith merge the armor and dragon heart.
