The bug still exists. Its annoying.
I have to look each time when i use a skill with the mouse-over-tooltip for getting right information about its actionpoints cost.
The action-bar-indicator for skill costs works only on slot 1.
On slots 2,3,4 and 5 it shows only the cost from slot 1 !
Example again:
Slot 1: Skill A on place 1 costs 3AP
Slot 2: Skill B on place 1 costs 5AP
If i mouse-over slot 1 and use skill a the action-point-bar shows the cost right with red dots (three).
But if i mouse-over in slot 2 the skill B that costs 5AP the action-point-bar shows 3AP (three red dots instead of five).
I tested it with all slots and figured out, that the mouse-over always look up slot 1 instead of 2,3,4 or 5.
