Hi,

we have a problem. I play with a friend. We met Jaran and the mute thief. I ask them to join us. But only me is able to play with them. my friend cannot select them and I can't link one of them to my friend's character.

What is wrong?

As the host, you can hit Esc to bring up a menu, and then the Assign Characters button to transfer control of a companion to your friend.

Did your friend select "Lone Wolf" by accident on character creation?
