Thanks for the help. I just realized I only tried teleporting him with the character I also intended to talk to the head with. I will try now to port him, distract two of the audiences with two of my chars and then try to talk to the head with my 4th char. Maybe this will work.
btw, is there a steam-achievement linked to this quest or are there any quest that depend on this particular quest being completed?
