Some time ago larian released a video, they still have boxes to send, but the people who bought it didn't give their adresses.
Have you checked that you filled your adress completely ?
I guess on larianvault, not sure as I have the digital version (+ a box version I bought at a local store).

You think I'm unreasonable for INSISTING that Larian live up to the promises that got them funded in the first place.

Either way neither yours, nor anyone else's opinion matters in this, Larian WILL fulfil this, by hook or by crook. I'll be damned if I get a shitty little box with a shitty little map AND getting stiffed on the disc into the bargain, a combination of maybe one or two, but to be so shocked at the poor quality of EVERYTHING in my 'oh so special' backer's edition? It just shows what they thought of the backers.
FUCK THAT. No company pulls my chain and expects me to pay for the privilege. It was a personal matter for me to support them in the first place and I'm taking it as a personal matter that they think they can 'alter our deal' unilaterally.
Larian will live up to this, I'm not going anywhere, if you think I'm annoying, loud, obnoxious, abusive, et al. You ain't seen nothin' yet.
It's down to Larian to what happens next, but barring violent action, the sky is the limit for me, and I will shit on this forum day and night if I absolutely have to, a task that will be as much a pain in the ass for me to do as it will be for you to put up with.
Why would Larian make all of their 'good' customers and players put up with the actions of one 'unreasonable' person, when pleasing EVERYONE only means sticking to their own promise?
Looking at it coldly, and I don't care how rabid a fan of Larian you are, or how much you want to support them, do you not think that their unwillingness to address this is as unreasonable as you would consider my actions?

Larian I hope you've seen this, but I will get the disc I'm entitled to. You know the shaky ground you are on, you KNOW I will get this if I'm willing to push hard enough, and guess what?

If there are issues then TELL US, and I'm not even looking for a personal reply, just make it known. If it's off the table, then DUCK! If money is SO important a thing that it justifies failing to fulfil PROMISES MADE in favour of maximised efficiency of spending, that's how your accountant would put it, yes?
