No. Because a character can see the burning area quite clearly, (headless zombies shouldn't!) while they cannot see ice patches in all that snow.
All in all it is not a bug but environmental feature.
Again: no one slips on ice outside of battle. No one - except my selected leader. If _all_ 4 characters falls, it would be even more annoying - but at least it would be consistent. But when it's personal issue for leader only... it's the bug.

Again: nothing can prevent character to avoid ice patches outside of game - the same way as he avoids fire, acid and mines. I see no any game-benefitting advantage to have character slip outside of battles instead going around ice. But I see plain disadvantage: in any place (Hiberheim for granted, any other - after any ice battle) I cannot simply direct my character through significant distance - only guiding it manually by hand around dangerous places. Namely, Boreas throne room became impossible to move, if you'll not spare some time cleaning all place, because otherwise movement will be _very_ long task. And totally impossible sometimes, because on the any ice patch big enough leader simply falls in place, not moving a step, every time when trying to move.

I refuse to count it as "game feature", sorry.
