Some things got left behind, it looks like. Would it be safe to backup the profile and try deleting everything to do with the game, then placing the profile back in when it's re-installed?
Edit: To clarify, large sections of the data and shipping folders are still there, as well as everything from the folder in Documents.
Other edit: I'm surprised you're actually taking the time to help me with this for so long, most people would have given up, said screw it, and moved on by now. Even if by some stupid reason I just can't get it to work, thank you for your help so far
