I can't help be be glad that you guys came all the way to Quebec city to open a new office. Talent is crazy over here (from Quebec!) You're guys will be extra motivated as Quebec women are the sexiest around
haha... anyway on to ideas.
1) Combining spells: for example if 2 character have the ability of a fireball spell, have them both combine their spell for extra damage, or AoE animation, enhance damage. That would be sweet!
2) UI: Take a game like Diablo 3 on PS4... Simple management with round pop-up menu. Slick and easy to navigate.
3)More twists in plot: have companion permenantly die (remember FFVII? Aeris, THAT wasn't expected! So, surprise us Larian!!
