It does meet the minimum requirements, so theoretically you should be able to play on low settings with a reasonable resolution. The video is less than the minimum listed ATI card, but better than the integrated minimum. The CPU is only slightly slower than minimum (so not really an issue by itself). Some people with 32 bit versions of Windows have had problems with memory utilization (there are further optimizations in the works), so 4GB would be better than 2GB.
