I have tried to ask about this addon privately. I paid the extra $ for the full game map. The physical map was offered back in July 2014. Why the digital map isn't available is beyond me. I don't know what is worse: the digital not being available or my request about it being ignored.

This was supposed to have been made available to backers in July 2014. I have a copy of the map PDF myself (Farhang Namdar uploaded it to a file transfer site, but the link is no longer valid) so could upload it somewhere if more prodding of Larian doesn't work (it's a 35MB PDF so can't be done as an attachment).

It should be included in the next update, actually.
