Oddly enough with 600+ hours in the game and 9 play throughs in solo, I've encountered this only once and that was in co-op. I notice that the more annoying bugs are only in co-op games. Like error codes on auto save, stats reset to 5 with zero abilities and stats at 5 (aka level 1), frozen in a scare crow position on player 2 after a resurrection in combat and player 1 team wearing no armor and having no weapons equipped.
Playing co-op is actually more of a chore than a pleasure requiring multiple reloads on every start up and on every save load.
