So i was just fighting some orcs outside of the town on the beach and magically one of those orcs WHILE SLOWED took 3 tunrs.

He took a turn walking about 5-7 AP. His buddies attacked/did stuff. He took another turn, walking about 3-4 AP and attacking one of my guys. His Buddies did some stuff(several of them got double turns here or they delayed there turns). Then he again got another turn where he attacked twice. Between his three turns my party got no turns. What the hell is going on here?

Was your party all stunned, or something?

Hmm - I just had this during our fight with King Boreas. Every time one of us whacked him or shot a poison arrow at him, he walked around, while the party member still had her turn.
It looked actually a bit comical, Madora whacked him with Braccus Rex's axe (which makes good damage, but has no elemental component in it) and he run around without regard of AP, while it still was her turn.

Since Boreas is not hard to fight I just thought this is not a bug but a (undocumented) feature ;-)

I had one character who was knocked down. 1 summon burning. No other effects on my characters. If the computer AI doesn't use delay turn, then most of them got double turns and this one got 3 turns it seems, while slowed no less. The guy with 3 turns must have also been getting some incredibly high ammount of AP, too, because he was slowed on top of spending at least 6-7 so AP a turn.

That is a bug; moving towards the attacking character is just suppose to trigger if you attack him outside of combat range.

vhatever
Is this repeatable, if you have a save before this fight? If so, please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem (or link to this topic) and the report.zip file generated by the D:OS support tool (for the PC version). The report will contain system and game information, as well as your saved games. To reduce the file size, you can delete all but one save from the zip.

After having seen something similar but not quite the same in the evelyn fight, I'm inclined to think it had something to do with my guy with the leader skills being knocked out of view of my other teammates along with possible "waking up" an enemy that was not originally part of the fight but the fight spread over to get there attention somehow.
