Thanks for the answers. I sadly can't find the timers for vendors. Anyone got luck with that? Or knows another way to make it work and can create a mod which restocks vendors every 20 minutes? Would be great.

EDIT:

Stats/generated/structure/modifiers

that file contains stuff like "modifier weapons" and then a list with modifier xxx
For example:
modifier "BodyBuilding","Penalty Qualifier"

Delete this modifier from weapons modifiers and you never get bodybuilding stats on weapons anymore! Works with everything else, too.
