You've tried the rest of the suggestions above, as well?
Please email supportdos@larian.com, with a description of the problem and the report.zip file generated by the
D:OS Analysis Tool (for the PC version). The report will contain system and game information (and would contain saved games if you had any).
You can also check the '..\Divinity - Original Sin\Shipping' folder for any CrashDump files, and either add some to the report.zip, or zip them separately.
For Mac, to get system specs you can use the 'System Report' button from the 'About This Mac' Apple menu item or the 'System Information' app (in the utilities folder).
Crash reports are collected in the "Console" application.
