Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Technical Issues Alt key doesnt highlight items

I apologize profusely if this is already addressed.

My "ALT" key does not highlight items on the ground or anywhere else, is this a setting I need to toggle or another issue, is it just my confuser?

Seems to have recently started after latest patch, I noticed it.
