Alright, so, this isn't really a technical issue, but I couldn't find where to report bugs, so I'll just mention it here.

One of the guards in the Cyseal Prison carries a large number of Prison Keys, and if you pickpocket them from him, they don't actually open anything.

All of the doors remain locked.

The only key that works as intended is the Treasure Room Key that you can pickpocket from the other guard.

How can such a small and early-game bug escaped notice for so long? Yes, people keep saying that Pickpocketing sucks, and honestly it does a bit, especially since you can only pickpocket once, meaning I'll hold off pickpocketing any merchants until I can somehow get Pickpocketing 5, but I feel like roleplaying and I was like "Aww yiis, no need to lockpick these doors" when I saw the keys.

Swiped them.

Nothing.

Now my poor Sir Ottermoore goes to cry in a corner and is rethinking his life choices.
