When you find a book in the A. The geomancer office, all your man could learn the skill from the one book and get a boost +1.
After that, you make a quest for retirement plan of the mining team leader - he re-learns the skill so it actually add another +1 skill level.

So, finally you have Tenebrium skill level 2 for free for all your staff. Its cute, but is it intended ?
