Hey 321, I think you might be missing one...so 1 at thelyrons clinic, 1 in Black Cove, 1 in the Fire Forest, 1 in Murder scene in Crab inn, the 5th you cannot of found yet and you should have also unlocked one of the elemental rooms in the homestead.
http://divinity.wikia.com/wiki/Blood_/_Star_Stone_LocationsOK I got all those... once I got the Fire Forest one just now, they opened a new portal for me, but it's only the 3rd portal "Inner Chamber" not Hall of secrets.
In my inventory there are 3 inert stones and 1 blood stone, and then of course the star stone from the crime scene. So... that makes 5 total and I was only given access to Inner Chamber. According to the Homestead page, that's only the 3rd room
