Kills by summons and scorpions may not be counted for this.
I don't know if there is anything you can edit (other than just giving yourself the level of Aura of Command she would have taught you). I just reloaded and went through that section again to get it right (having hit or killed some bees with the warrior's special move). With a recent save, you should just be able to reload and try it without the scorpions (or spells/attacks with an area effect).
