Hi,
there is a bug in the latest version of the game on Mac (1.0.252), where all saves made in the game will not appear again after closing the game.
I've tried everything in this forum, creating a new profile, renaming the old one, restarting etc, but nothing worked.
The only way I managed to load the saves was to extract the (now) compressed save games with the Save Game Editor. After extracting the lsv archive, they work fine in the game.
