The forum structure itself could use some uplifting, you already have way too much scrolling down to do, and as you keep making games, it will only worsen.

Perhaps you could go with few but distinct categories, and have them further split into subtopics within.
For example, you do need a feedback/suggestions topic, but rather than having it divided among titles you could have it merged into an overall one. And the games inside it, separately or not.

Likewise for the technical/bug issues threads.

The anticipated argument of "would it not be harder to find what you're looking for" is made null with many modern forum functions. You hover over a category, popup comes out, shows you what's inside. Most recent per-category post(s) always shown to the right. Search function and clicking can do the rest. You save space and you get more organised.
