I'm not sure i get what you mean by 'usable angle' to be frank;
Assuming you have the camera unlocked from the menu, there's plenty of ground coverage allowed, both in terms of distance and angles.
In the off chance you have not used it, the over-the-top angle selection (ingame termed "Tactical Camera") does the rest.
Which is why i said i don't get you. It is an isometric RPG. What kind of use exactly did you have in mind you for an extreme zooming in?
