Has anyone else noticed this problem? If not, try experimenting like I did above and see if you encounter the same problem--I'd like to know if this is a problem for everyone or just me.
Sorry, i can't reproduce this. I have experienced with many Items, but the Skills works correct.
Lastly, do you think that starting the game over from the beginning (with the new patch applied) would solve this problem?
Try it. If the Savegame are corrupted the problem will not solved with any patch. Try to start a new game with new savegames.
