so recently I came across 2 random issues:
1. there's an indication of damaged belt equipment (yellow indication) that apears randomly and won't go away

2. I removed my character's headgear and the hair had a generic colour and texture. This happened to every character in the party afterwards.

anywone came across these issues?
any suggestions?

Was the hair change permanent or temporary?

Did saving and reloading or switching map locations help in either case?

If not, and they happen again (or you still have save(s) with either issue), please email supportdos@larian.com.

For Windows you can use the D:OS Analysis Tool to create a report containing system and game information, as well as your saved games. To reduce the file size, you can delete all but the appropriate save(s) from the zip.

For Mac, saves can be zipped by right clicking the folder(s) and selecting Compress, in the folder:
~/Documents/Larian Studios/Divinity Original Sin/PlayerProfiles/<ProfileName>/Savegames

The damaged equipment was solved after I removed a piece of equipment.
Some kind of smelly pants/quest item.
The hair issue is getting back to normal once I use the mirror in the End of Time, but once I put a helmet on it happens again.
I will send an email to support as suggested.
