I finished the Dr Elrath quest and exposed him as the person responsible for the plague and poisoning the crops, but I can't find any potions for the sick people in the quarantined area. I think I was meant to pick them up in Dr Elrath's basement. I can't get back into his house as his door is locked. Any suggestions.
