I read somewhere that the patch doesnt affect old saved games. I have just escaped Ionas dungeon and is having a blast but should I start over with a new game to have full advantage off the patch? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/suspicion.gif" alt="" />

I wouldn't! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> You have come along way, i finished the game with out the new patch, and still did fine. But, if you have come across a major bug, maybe. But there is always another time to play...

As mentioned it is up to you. I completed my first game with just the first patch and no real problems. My second game, however, ground to a halt with a quest you will get just after Iona's dungeon. I went as far as I could, but I did end up starting a new game since that one is basically over for me.

Ok. I push on then. Even though it seems like the game forgot that I ever was i Verditis. Map and fog is reset, doors re-locked, which is bad since I cant get to Robs personal belongings <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" /> Well at least people remember my previous visits and quests stays solved.

First time through I completed the game with no patches. It's certainly possible...
