Larian Studios Forums General About this website Problem with avatar and signature?

Are those restrictions dependent on post count or need to be manually lifted by moderator?
It would be nice to have that info somewhere, like in that automated welcoming message after registration.

(unless it is posted somewhere... then I humbly apologize as I failed at reading FAQ ;) )
