I'm OK with appropriate swearing in games (and films, MeatSpace, music etc.). But it doesn't have to be crude. And in a game like this it shouldn't be too modern, although people have had intercourse and genitals for as long as I can remember (heck... Probably longer).
As for nudity it is most appropriate in a game called Original Sin. One must remember that God created Adam and Eve in their birthday suits. It was the "sinning bit" that caused them to put clothes on. And we all know how mad it made God, and that's why they were thrown out.
