Are we talking about explicit descriptions of sex or animations like in The Witcher 3? The last part would be pretty useless, since we don't even have the perspective to enjoy ... some of the better parts of the human body. The Witcher is the better game for that. Thematiclywise ... eh. Why not. But what would the story really gain?
Swearing: I like swearwords. I use them in my own writing, but it wouldn't fit in the world of Divinity, especially since everyone is talking a very sophisticated english, which is part of the atmosphere. Swearing just for swearing's sake would break the atmosphere of this world, since everyone knows better than to use low language.
