Y cant i talk to Maria anymore who is in the Poor Area after i went to Verdidtis?I click on her many times but she just didn't get into conversation with me...

There was a problem with Maria before and this got solved with the latest patch . Maybe that will help you?

Fix for Maria becoming invisible shortly and having her attitude change to 0
