People have already said it and I'm just echoing them: Larian won't use swearing or sexuality in a manner that will break away from their own style. To understand what I mean by their style, well... play all their divinity games for that answer, I'm bad at explaining.
Divine Divinity did have an area/brothel that the player could 'interact' with several outstanding members of the community, some even having kinks; all were voice acted too (though it was mostly simple being "turn off the lights", "Hey that's my girl," and something else).
It wasn't really a secret area because it was directly related to a quest that wasn't hard to figure out at all (talk to some guy down the street).
