Just please remember to forward Kickstarter announcements to our paypal emails.. otherwise we literally never get any notifications (Was already a problem for D:OS)

I'm a paypal backer for D:OS2, my pledge is for the DOS enhanced and DOS2, when can we received our key for the D:OS enhanced edition?

The reward management site should go live tomorrow, and a Kickstarter update made, with an email sent to Paypal backers, with details on how to claim a GOG or Steam key for the EE.

Is there any specific eta for the DOS EE keys to come for backers? coz my GoG account updated 2 days ago with the DOS EE and i want to play the Enhanced on Steam with the key i'm waiting for. Do i need to contact customer support?

Got the EE announcement email and checking Larian Vault I see my pledge was confirmed properly. Nice

Since I already had D:OS on steam I also have the EE on steam automagically.. this is why I always pick Steam in these choices ^^ So by the way, congratz on the rlz of the EE

I backed on KS for $200 and bought the assassins shroud one using PP for $100, and they are using the same email. Will this cause problems, because only the $200 rewards are showing in larianvault.

I also emailed Larian with a question to my problem but did not get an answer.

Anything about checking/fixing Vault accounts or Kickstarter/Paypal information sent to the support or supportdos email addresses, or submitted via the support form (which sends an email to the applicable address) has been forwarded to the kickstarter email address.
