I spoke too fast when I said that the patch wasn't tested with the hotfixes because I checked this and it was tested. This and the fact that most people aren't experiencing problems means that it probably only happens under some circumstances.
We are now trying to look what those circumstances are and will release a fix the moment we find out how this can happen.
