Wands cost 3 AP to attack (short range initially, increasing with 'Wand' level) and can also allow you to cast spells (with a limited number of charges),
Is it possible to recharge wands, or are they meant to be disposable? (I know about the talent to increase the number of uses by one, but that's not quite the same thing.)
