Yes it is very weird....I did save and closed file yes... X_X
As long as my desktop resolution before launch the game is set to 1600 x 900, game launches as 1600 x 900 and file would be reverted as well.
It does not happening when I use in-game resolution settings(such as 1366 x 768, then it worked perfectly)
