Here you go. To activate the 'Super speed' bug, there are two requirements;
1. Your character must be 'Survivor' class.
2. You must have a frog statuette.
Step 1. Activate the survivor's special move and crouch.
Step 2. While crouched, polymorph into a frog using the frog statuette.
Step 3. Hop around until you run out of stamina.
Step 4. When your stamina reaches zero and stays that way, polymorph back to human form.
You should now be crouched, at full stamina. Stand up and start running. To return to normal speed, just polymorph back into a frog and then back to human.
