It was a major nuisance for me at times in the original game. This along with the fact that some targets cannot be "seen" for teleportation not even when within melee range but are easily selectable for everything else, and the sheer difficulty selecting many enemies (with one prone zombie it was alternating between targeting the zombie and selecting a move point about twice per second with my mouse pointer hovering over the enemy and the enemy not moving in the slightest) make combat rather a pain. Add in spell icons that quite often end up being dragged out of the hotbar rather than selected (with no means that I can find to lock them in place), non-adjustable hypersensitive panning with full-screen mode that is broken and lets the pointer leave just as fake full-screen does which for multiple monitors set-ups results in my view sometimes being flung miles away from the action with major difficulties in getting my view back where it belongs.
