Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Technical Issues Screen tearing at any option. How do I fix?

In my case shadows cause nasty stuttering when moving with camera locked to character or panning the view manually. - no FPS drop, fraps shows 60 fps but stuttering make it look like 20 FPS. and only when moving the camera.
Stuttering is gone when I turn off the shadows.

I have this issue in both original and enhanced edition.
