Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - General Problem with Paypal Pledge

Hi there!
So, i backed the Divinity Original Sin 2 Kickstarter via Paypal for the amount of 40$(it was the same as the kickstarter Tier, the "Music To Your Ears"-Tier).
I did nothing more as i suspected everything would be fine and it'll take a time till the game is released.

But now i was curious about some updates( as a paypal backer it seems that i don't get the kickstarter updates, so i need to look at the kickstarter page to get them) and i read the kickstarter update and also finally registered me at the Larian Vault.
I entered the Paypal-Email adress so that my pledge would be seen in my account but as of now, i have only the 30$ Version of the kickstarter tiers and 10$ to manage addons.
So i thought, okay, perhaps i need to add the OST-addon myself, but when i go to the page "Manage Addons" i get the message "Your balance does not allow addons.".

So my question is, will this be fixed?
Is there anything i can do to help solve this situation?

Also wrote an email to the support team but except the automated message i got
no answer there either.

I sent a mail to Larian support almost 2 weeks ago regarding Larian Vault not recognising my Paypal pledge, but I haven't received an answer yet.

I would have understood if they have told me that they are working in a solution that will take a bit of time to be ready, but not receiving any kind of update on the situation after almost two weeks is simply disappointing.

hmm, how about sending some larian guy here in the forum a private message about the problem?
Could be that they don't read the forums.

I don't think anyone responsible for the support at Larian reads the forums, because it would make no sense if they are reading this forum but they are not answering our questions.

I will keep sending a mail at support@larian.com and kickstarter@larian.com everyday until I get a response. But honestly, I'm starting to think that I won't get an answer soon at this rate.

I did not think that the larian support reads here but the Devs and if we could get
their attention they can give our questions to the support(or answer them themself
because they are aware of the problem).
Thats what i meant as i said to write a Private Message to the Larian Guys here at the forums.

But if you get an answer let me know it.

If you look at the Kickstarter comment section you will see that a person from Larian has recommended to send an email to kickstarter@larian.com and to supportdos@larian.com.

You should try too!

Already did that, but did not get any answer.
Guess i'll have to wait and hope that this will be fixed/we'll get an answer about this problem.
