The saved game folders are all in '..\Divine Divinity\Run\savegames'; right click on the shortcut to the program and select Properties if you are not sure where you installed it (default is 'c:\program files\Divine Divinity', I think). You can zip or copy them to another location to back them up. Also, the un-install program will ask you if you want to keep your saved games and settings.
