Power Stances increase the damage of skills that scale of weapon damage. Shrapnel Scatter, for instance, does not receive the bonuses. Whereas Splintered Arrow and Ricochet does. Special arrows receive the bonus too.

Oath just flat out increases damage.

Bully only works with Knocked Down. As opposed to the Original-Original Sin.
