The reason I asked about power stance is because of the test I ran
on the skill it sames 16-24 damage (without using power stance) and when I made 10 ricochet shot with it, it always fall into that damage range.
but when I use power stance, the damage in disciption goes to 20-29, but after doing 10 shots with it, the damage still falls into 16-24 range. Isn't it suppose to do damage not less than 20? and Should do at least a few damage that is above 24. But that isn't the case after I tested it, it falls exactly in the range of 16-24.
Can someone else run some test and confirm this? Is it bug or intended.
