I noticed that Crippling Blow was always hitting a lot lower than the displayed damage as well. Honestly I don't know what affects what anymore.
Some of the tooltips are definitely not updated in the enhanced edition. For example, when you take Glass Cannon your AP breakdown still says "x2 glass cannon" instead of +4 like it should. Little things like that show that not everything was updated in sync.
