The now-Marksman "Absorb the Elements" skillbook still says it is dependant on Witchcraft and requires INT for improvement. There clearly were a few oversights when they moved things around for sure!
Thats some interesting tests, by the way. I'll try and run some of my own later. I don't remember whether the pratice targets have resistances or something, I'll have a look.
