Has anyone unpacked the game and looked at the stat files for the EE? Are they the same text files as the original game? I haven't downloaded the game yet because my internet's slow, so I was wondering if someone could send me the stat files so I could start working on some changes to loot and balance that I can hopefully test on my first play through. Thanks!

Edit: Thanks SniperHF! Though we had an unfortunate discovery: it seems like the stat files has been severely limited to just armor and weapon stats. That, or the other stats, like treasure tables and skill stats, have been moved somewhere else. Let me know if anyone finds these files, if for some reason, they're not with the armor and weapon data.

Hopefully they haven't been hardcoded. Maybe they've integrated most stats into the editor to come and there's some slick UI to create or edit new items. That would be dreamy. But for now, this doesn't look good. Editing stats is either a lot harder or impossible without the editor.

Many stat files (like TreasureTable.txt and TreasureGroup.txt) were moved from Public\Main\Stats\Generated to Public\Shared\Stats\Generated, so make sure you check both folders.

The treasure txt in Shared is ~5400 lines, so it looks like it has everything you need.
Skills are in Public\Shared\Stats\Generated\Data\SkillData.txt now.

Cool, thanks Norbyte. I'll check it out when I finally download the EE.

Okay, so finally got the EE, start playing, can see stuff I want to change already. But not sure how to go about modding stats for main at this point, or if it's even possible without the mod menu in the game. Installed the faster run speed mod which involved placing in a public folder and then disabling the MainLSF file. Seems really weird to me that it works without breaking anything, but it doesn't seem to cause any problems. I tried disabling (renaming) the Game.pak which has the stat files, but then my game won't open. So how do I make sure the main game won't overwrite my changes? And in multiplayer will the other person also need to do the same steps for changed stats, or just the host?

Edit: Actually, seems like I can edit skills without needing to disable a pak or anything. Thought it wasn't working because I changed lucky charm to a 90% chance just to see if it'd work, but wasn't proccing. Maybe I wasn't seeing that because Lucky Charm loot is assigned on map generation. Admittedly, not entirely sure how that works. But changing cooldown and AP cost of stuff seems to work. Not sure if it'll stay working.
