Unsinkable Sam:
If you already retrieved his collar and still need to tell him what Maxine wants, you complete the quest, but the collar stays in your inventory.
Crafting:
Unable to craft both the Silence and Charm Witchcraft skillbooks with the scrolls and empty Witchcraft skillbooks.
Unable to craft Resurrection skillbook, that was due to balance in the old DOS, but since it is a master skill now you should be able to craft the skillbook.
Diederick:
Initiates dialogue even if you are invisible.
