Just side with one of them. In the end you will have to fight the other one's leader. Bee queen will give you a rank in Aura of Command and a key to the Imp you look for if you kill all wasps and don't kill any bee. Wasp leader will give you Thunderplate armour if you kill all bees and don't kill any wasp, also you can get the key from bee queen's body.
